Homework: There will be many homework grades given. The homework
gives part of your grade, but the main importance is to get you ready for the
Exams: There will be 3 (100 point) exams over roughly each third of the material.
Exams will consist of approximately 10% from daily questions asked in class.
(Nearly each day I will ask and give an answer to a question in class to
stress some point I feel is important). The rest of an exam will consist
of questions similar to homework questions.
Final: There will be a comprehensive (100 point) final exam that will only cover
material corresponding to the 3 regular exams. The final is a second or
third chance to show you've learned the material. Study hard for the final.
Grading: Top 10 homeworks + a bonus point for each extra homework grade of 10 100

Also the Final Exam score will replace your lowest test score if it helps you. If
you are close to a higher grade I will look at many factors, especially quality and
quantity of homework grades and your Final Exam score.
